The lots for auction are located on Covington Avenue near the corner of Hamilton Avenue, in the town of Orange City, Florida(see map). Each lot is 25′ x 100′ or 50′ x 100′ combined and are zoned residential. There is a house on the street next to the lots and many other houses in the area which are represented by the red dots on the Appraisers map below. Electricity and telephone are on the street. Water would be by well or refillable storage tank and sewer by septic or some approved alternative method. Gas would be by propane tank. There are no outstanding taxes on the property, no Association fees or dues, and no time frame in which you have to build. Taxes are less than $50.00 per year.
